How we change determines whether it lasts —

The THRIVE Wisdom Method

Regulate

Reframe

Sustain

A practical framework for building change that holds under real conditions.

Regulate

When the system is dysregulated, awareness narrows and intentional decision-making erodes.
Regulation restores the stability to think clearly and respond deliberately — so productive options become visible again.

Reframe

Reframing introduces practical mental frameworks and skills that shape how we interpret experience and make decisions.
Patterns are identified. Tools are learned. Responses shift from automatic to intentional.

Sustain

Sustain translates insight and skill into supportive habits and structures.
Change holds because it’s designed to fit how life actually unfolds.

About Mayte

I’ve had the privilege of working in coaching, facilitation, and leadership development since 1996, across a wide range of professional and personal contexts.

A passion and core strength of my work is translating complexity into clarity. I’m known for being able to put words to what people are experiencing but haven’t had language for yet—and for connecting where someone feels stuck or wants to grow with who they are, where they are, and the underlying patterns and blind spots shaping their responses.

Through coaching, speaking events, and program facilitation, I help people feel engaged in the moment—and leave with frameworks and insight that continue to support them long after the session ends.

My work is practical, direct, and deeply human, focused on approaches that respect real constraints and help people build change they can actually sustain.

The THRIVE Wisdom Method

This video walks through the core of the method and how regulation, reframing, and sustainability work together to create lasting change — in real-life conditions, not ideal ones.
